AccurateRip - Cannot Check: Track Different Length than CD original

I occasionally get this "Cannot Check: Track Different Length than CD original" error when checking my rips with the AccurateRip feature of PerfectTunes. It seems to happen when there have been multiple releases of an album of the same name.

For example, Alan Parsons Project - Eye in The Sky originally came with 10 tracks; however, it was re-released in 2007 with bonus tracks which brought the latest version of the album up to 16 tracks. The problem is PerfectTunes only seems to find the latest version with 16 tracks and not the original version with 10 tracks.

How can I get PerfectTunes to look for alternate album releases when looking up AccurateRip data?

It is to do with the length of the audio, if you had previously trimmed the track to remove silence then it cannot be checked against accuraterip any more.
