PerfectTUNES Not updating artwork

I recently installed the dbpoweramp suite and tried applying the PerfectTUNES Album Art program. It listened to my iTunes library (2785 entries) and then showed 0 Albums and consequently, no updating. Very confusing.

Do your tracks have ID Tags?

where are they stored? on a network share or local machine?

What file type are they?
