Batch conversion

I am new to this! I am trialing software and started by converting 76 flac files but I get the following errors (76 of them). What am I doing wrong? I dont know how to specify encoder. Appreciate guidance

Where you choose the encoder, select 'Wave' then choose FLAC again. This resolves the issue.
