latest m4a FDK R4 for Windows

i am using windows 7.

the m4a FDK R4 gives an error message of a missing .dll file, uninstalling and reinstaling the codec did nothing.
whilst the previous version works just fine.

am i missing something?

Delete the download, uninstall the codec, and re-download, we have recompiled without the need for this dll.
