Have seen the option in Tags & Filenames : Rip to '._' files, rename album at end.

Please explain what is the interest of this option for having file in ._ instead of .flac.

    Windows 10 - 64 bits
    DBP V 16.1

Have a look at post no. 6 here: 16.1 doesn't rip my CDs as WAV files

      Thanks

Is it normal that log file have an extension "._" where ripped track are correctly named in ".flac" ?

It is a nonsense for me

These are temporary files, not log files.

What is the reason for having a temporary file instead of a flac file directly ?
It is only for my understanding.

So why on the extraction file it is mentioned "._" as extension file instead of ".flac" which is the result of the rip at the end of the process.

Stupid question perhaps, the quality of a temporary file transformed in a flac file is the same as a file ripped directly in flac ?

The use and creation of temporary file can have a lot of reasons like algorithmic needs, speedup, order of processing etc. pp. In detail only Spoon can give you a concrete answer, but I doubt, that it will help you, as long as you are not a software engineer yourself and have insights in the source code.

I posted the answer earlier. Did you not read it?

Spoon has answered why in the following thread:
16.1 doesn't rip my CDs as WAV files

go to the above thread and read Spoon's post no. 6
