Thread: New Computer

    New Computer

I just got a new computer and my full suite of DP tools (Perfect Tunes, Ripper, converter, etc.) did not get transferred. Do I need to re buy everything? I do have all of my music files stored on a hard drive but no longer have the software to manage them. For instance, I want to convert some Hi Res FLAC files to MP3 to use on the road.

    Thanks

Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:

    http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/

Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is then presented.

Lost your order number? visit: https://secure.dbpoweramp.com/lostorder.aspx

    Re: New Computer

I currently have a Windows system but will upgrade to an iMac for Xmas. Can I do as described above and move dBpoweramp from the Windows system to the iMac or do I need to buy a (new) Mac licence ?

BTW, can one buy a 2-5 system licence and use some on Windows systems and others on Macs ?

    Thanks for the help !

The family pack licenses are platform specific.
