Music Converter: Error no encoder specified. [dBCoreConverter::ParseCommandLine]

This is a new build PC running a registered version of 16.1 on Win10 Pro. AV is Kaspersky IS. Music Converter (MC) gives error that there is no encoder when trying to convert Flac file to add Replaygain and convert to Flac 8. Makes no difference if I run as Admin or if I pause AV or exclude all dBP program from AV. CD Ripper works fine.

Temp file is C:\Users\ etc and source is on D:\Users\Jeremy\Music. Tried running with Temp on both C or D, but same error.

Any help would be much appreciated as I can't switch to this PC unitil this works...

On the page where you choose the encoder, choose wave, then choose back to flac, it will work.

Converted 1 file to Wav, and after that all Flac conversions have worked. Strange, but true!
