    dbpoweramp cd ripper

I purchased and installed dbpoweramp 16 and I tried to rip a CD and I received a prompt that the program stopped working and to close the program. Help! I previously had the trial version and it worked perfectly.

Close CD Ripper, ten run dBpoweramp Control Centre (icon on desktop) >> Configuration 'advanced settings' and enable 'Music Converter Debug'

Start CD Ripper and click rip, once it crashes notepad should appear with a debug log, post the contents here please.

When I install dBPoweramp I get a prompt that "MICROSOFT REGISTER SERVER has stopped working. This happens on install and uninstall of the program. After installation, when I hit the "Rip" tab I get a message that says Problem Event Name: APPCRASH , Application Name: CDGRAB.exe , Application Version: 16.1.0.3 . I am running Windows 7 Professional. I hope this helps. I was using the trial version and liked it a lot. Please get me lined out. Thanks so much!

Which version of Windows do you have? is it 64 or 32 bit?
