Duplicate finding setting for albums only?

Would it be possible to create a setting for PerfectTunes to look only for duplicates of whole albums? For example, my brother and I each ripped our entire CD library and we want to consolidate onto one server, but manually going through each folder to check for duplicate albums is time consuming, plus there are different releases of the same album that we might want to keep...
