    ReplayGain hangs?

    Hi

I ran Batch Converter to redo the ReplayGain on 8,761 FLAC files. It seems to hang with the following symptoms:

    • Progress bar is completed
    • All CPUs have completed
    • Clock is still running (11 hrs encounting)
    • No apparent disk activity (as per Task Manager)

Does this mean the programme has hung?

The files are on a local HDD. The system is DB PowerAmp 15.3 with all add-ons latest version on Windows 10.

It writes the ID tags for album gain right at the end, so if left it should complete.

Ok, perhaps an idea for the next version to have a message saying something to that extend? Or some other indication that things are still ongoing? Thanks!

After letting it run for 2 days, I broke off the process. I rebooted the PC. I then did a trial on a limited set of albums and all completed in under a minute. I then ran the process again for all albums and the ReplayGain process completed in 3 hrs and 9 minutes. So, something definitely got tangled up on my PC.
