It is odd that you have the 64 bit version installed to the 32 bit location, you would be best to uninstall dBpoweramp and any codecs, then reinstall.

So when I reinstalled dBpoweramp, the 64-bit installer ran but I had to tell it install into C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp. When I ran "dBpoweramp-Codec-DSD-SACD.exe", the 64-bit installer ran and it was installed properly.
