Tried update to Asset UPnP 4.6.3 on QNAP TS-212P: Format error …

Hi,

tried to update the current Asset UPnP 4.6 installation on my QNAP TS-212P to 4.6.3 and got the following error on manual installation:

[App Center] App install failed due to file format error.

Sincerely I tried to install a trial version as update onto the premium version.

Is there a chance to show the user another, better error message, so that the user more easily recognizes the reason for the error?

It is likely you only have part of the installer, clear your internet cache and redownload.

It is likely you only have part of the installer, clear your internet cache and redownload.

Instead of installing the qpkg file from the Asset download page, I downloaded the qpkg file from the page loaded by the URL from within the purchase email.

I was able to install successfully the newly downloaded qpkg file.
