DeDup not deleting files

I spent several hours deleting duplicates only to find the duplicates are still in the My Music folder. I am not using itunes. Does anyone know about this?

It is likely that perfecttunes does not have deletion rights, perhaps your security software blocks it?

Any ideas on how to check this. To my knowledge my security software is not involved in this type of activity.

I just checked the tools option in dedup and it only showed the C drive and most of my music is on the M drive. What's confusing is that dedup showed the files in M drive as I was deleting them and checking the containing folders as I went along before deleting.
