I'm about to do a clean reinstall of Windows on my PC. Do I need to unregister DBPowerAmp? If so, how do I do that?

No, unregister is not required.

However, make sure your dBpoweramp Music Converter installer application is available/backed up somewhere OR make sure you have your order number, so you can re-download the installer application from the Registration Retrieval page on this website.

Also, you may want to backup your dBpoweramp settings before the Windows clean install. Take a look here:
