Will I repeat the PerfectTUNES "Listening to music library" phase for each function?

I have a 2 to 3 terabyte library of FLACs, and I initiated PerfectTUNES AccurateRip
last night. The time estimate during the "Listening to..." phase of processing was
almost 24 hours. That phase appears to have ended (after maybe 20 hours or so),
and now the screen indicates "Checking with AccurateRip."
No time estimate there, but I suspect based on the progress bar that I'll have some
data to sort through late tonight or tomorrow morning, which is fine.

I also plan to use the PerfectTUNES De-Dup feature this week, but I'm unclear if these
PerfectTUNES features are implemented as essentially standalone applications,
or if some of the processing I've already done will be re-usable when I move on
    to De-Dup.

Did the "Listening to..." phase gather information that's usable throughout all the
PerfectTUNES features? Or will I repeat some of this again?

I'm curious to know if the De-Dup will take another 24-36 hours of processing on this
large library, or if some of the analysis work has already been done "behind the scenes."

    Thanks.
