    dbpoweramp unable to access file for conversion

    any idea how to solve this? worked fine in trial, purchased today cause trial ended, now getting this when attempting to convert flac to mp3

    Error converting to mp3 (Lame), '/Users/JesseGuglielmo-Macbook/Documents/Scott Sharrard/Live Recordings/scott2015-05-14.flac16/scott2015-05-14d01t01.flac' to '/Users/JesseGuglielmo-Macbook/Documents/Scott Sharrard/Live Recordings/scott2015-05-14.flac16/scott2015-05-14d01t01.flac/scott2015-05-14d01t01.mp3'
    Error unable to open File '/Users/JesseGuglielmo-Macbook/Documents/Scott Sharrard/Live Recordings/scott2015-05-14.flac16/scott2015-05-14d01t01.flac/scott2015-05-14d01t01.mp3' for writing. [BeginConversion]

    I didn't count the characters there, but just a quick looks suggests your path+filename could be too long. Try something shorter on a track or two and see if it works then.

    Perhaps a "nevermind".....

    Is this for the Mac version of dBp? If it is, you may want to consider (for future reference) putting that qualifier in your thread titles and issue descriptions. dBp for Mac is essentially a different program, and most of us here use the Windows version. If you specify that you're using the Mac version, it'll avoid non-applicable answers and hopefully get you to a solution faster.
