Random noises in a first track of copy protected CDs

I tried to rip a few of copy protected (multiple sessions) CDs. Switched to the Defective by Design mode and everything worked fine. CD ripper showed regular tracks and ripped them correctly - except for a first track of each CD. It always contains some random noises. Each time I try to re-rip a first track I obtain a different file with different noises located on different places of the track.

Is there something that would help?

It is how these cds are designed, you cannot get a secure rip.
