CDRipper: option to export IDTags to xml while disable tag writing option is checked

I would like to be able to use the "Write metadata file" DSP when the option "Disable Tag Writing" is checked. Currently, when this option is enabled, no IDTags are exported to the xml file, only file and audio properties.

DSP effects are run in order, try using:

Write Metadata File
ID Tag Processing (set to remove all tags)
