Converting to MP3 from WAV with List/Info Chunk

We have a library of WAV audio for our Internet radio station that we'd like to convert to MP3 (with ID tags, of course). The WAV files "are stereo, 44.1k, linear PCM audio with a Microsoft "wav" header/footer" (from their support site). They use LIST/INFO chunk for the artist/album/title information.

Can dBpoweramp convert these, pulling the song tag LIST/INFO data and putting them into the mp3 tags?

I've tried, selecting a standard conversion to mp3, but no ID tags.... Is there a codec or a setting that I'm missing? Thanks for any help.

Right click on the wave file >> Edit ID Tags

do any tags show up?

Right-clicking on original WAV for "Edit ID Tags" yields "contains no ID-Tags".

These files are not tagged to any standard I know of, there is a list chunk however taking the tag 'title', it should be labelled as 'INAM', your file has it as 'tttl'.

If a file is properly tagged with LIST/INFO chunk, then dropping the file in Windows media player >> right click properties on the file will show the ID Tags, as WMP is able to read. For your files it shows no tags.
