Whhich Asset version to choose when using QNAP and Mac in parallel?

    Hi there,
I havea Linn DSM to stream music from a QNAP NAS using an iPad as my remote device. The PC's in our house are all MAc's. Which version of Asset UpnP would I choose: QNAP or Mac?

At present I am usine Twonky Media. Do I need to worry about installing a second UpnP server?

Would appreciate any help from forum users.

    Cheers,
    Reinhard

QNAP, no need to worry about 2nd server, if you not use the other one you can disable it.

No, you would install 1 version of asset, so it either runs from the QNAP, or the MAC. They are 2 different versions. To install the QNAP Asset, you download with your MAC and log into the qnap (from the mac) and install.
