Edit ID-Tags function missing after reinstalling 15.1 in Win7 64-bit

Just re-installed 15.1 64-bit in Win7 64-bit after uninstalling old version. Right-click "Edit ID-Tags" functionality is no longer available, even though CD Ripping, Batch Ripping and Music Converter are working.
dBpoweramp Config shows all updates current 15.1 w/ Batch Ripper R2 and PerfectTUNES 1.7.

Suggestions on how to correct the problem?

Try to uninstall dBpoweramp, reboot your computer then reinstall.

There is something strange about that screen shot, because at the top there should be 'Open' or Play.

That fixed the Edit ID-Tags problem, but I'm still missing the 400 'free" AMG lookups (separate thread under "Batch Ripper").
