CD Errors On Every Track

Ripper shows after the second pass on every track that it needs to re-rip frames varying ranges from 16K to 30K frames. The CD is in pristine condition. It doesn't appear I'll get any good rip out of this, What gives? Tried two different drives.

Try disable c2 pointers, if enabled.

This disc might have some kind of copy protection, or the drive could lose its accurate position each pass because of a manufacturing defect.
