Dynamic Output Location is not available

Hello everyone! This is probably such a "Noob" question, but why would my "Dynamic Output Location" not be available?

Running Windows 7 x64

If you have Multi-Encoder selected it would not be available on the main page, it is available on the Multi-Encoder page.

Also Dynamic Output requires dBpoweramp Reference to be enabled.
