    R15 Multiple artist field fail

    If I convert this FLAC:

to WMA, I get this fail:

    UVhMrvp.png

Any chance of a fix, please?

I do not get this, the wma file was written correctly.

Which WMA release do you have?

Re "correctly"... do you mean you don't get this when viewed in the same program, Mp3tag?

Having said which, viewing with Windows Media Player shows the same fail:JyUZeEM.png

Windows Media Audio 10 Release 8 (WMA Pro 10)

Is what should be shown in dBpoweramp Configuration >> Codecs

    No version numbers seen there:

    Codecs Installed

    Encoders (write)

    Windows Media Audio 10
    .wma

    Decoders (read)

    Windows Media Audio Decoder
    .asf, .wma, .wmv

Hmm... not a risk I'd like to take on this my main audio machine (Win XP), but trying on a Win 7 machine already having:

    Codecs Installed

    Encoders (write)

Windows Media Audio 10 Release 8 (WMA Pro 10)
    .wma
I find success. I'll confirm on Win XP when I can. Thanks.

    Confirmed.

    FTR, dbPoweramp Configuration now shows:

    Codecs Installed

    Encoders (write)
    [...]
Windows Media Audio 10 Release 8 (WMA Pro 10)
    .wma

    Decoders (read)
    [...]
    Windows Media Audio Decoder
    .asf, .asx, .wma, .wmv, .wvx
I see no version on the decoder. How can I verify I have the preferred version?

The decoder is tied to the encoder, so you have the latest version now.

And hence presumably the preferred version

    Thanks.
