PerfectTunes reading AccurateRip Tags written by CD Ripper

If you rip a track in CD Ripper v15, it adds a tag showing if the track is in the AccurateRip database or not. And when PerfectTunes scans that track, it checks that tag, and if the tag says the track is in AccurateRip it does not bother to actually check the online AR database.

So what happens if you rip a track in CD Ripper v15, that is not in AccurateRip? Does CD Ripper write a tag saying the track is NOT in AccurateRip? And if so, when CD Ripper eventually uploads its results to AR, the track will at some time become part of the database. And so at that time the tag saying the track is NOT in AccurateRip will then become wrong. What happens then? Does PerfectTunes modify the value of the present / absent tag when the track is finally added to AR?
