Latest dBpoweramp version?

Is there version 14.4.0.3 of dBpoweramp v14.4.0.3 somewhere in the net?
I have dBpoweramp v14.4.0.2 and I have tried to download newer version at many times in long timespan (many months) using Registration Retrieval, but I always get me this same old version.

I ask this because Software Update Monitor (SUMo) says that there is v14.4.0.3 and it has 8 (SUMo) users. v14.4.0.2 seems has only one (SUMo) user... and that's me.
Is v14.4.0.3 beta version or why it's that hard to get?
