I don't speak english well, but i'll try to explain myself, dAP is my favorite encode/decode tool, and for me is the best that you can find in the net, and is free (thanks for that), but for me something left, and is a plug-in or a tool that can split or/and join mp3 files, i hope some day to find it in the dAP.

What's wrong with using an ordinary file splitter like GSplit?

or do you want something that will split an mp3 into two or more playable mp3s? That would be very hard to do if it's even possible (which I'm 99% certain that it isn't :().
