    Drive Doesn't Support Caching

My drive doesn't seem to support caching. It sets the value to 0 if I auto detect it. Is this a bad thing? What is caching anyway?

no caching is good, it means quicker secure ripping on the retry.

I would always use 1024 as the value though unless there is a 2nd verification of no cache, as detection can be difficult sometimes.
