How do I access ripnas from new windows 8.1 pc

Hi,
I've just bought a new pc with windows 8.1 and wish to use whs console to see my 2010 ripnas.
I can't find reference to whs connector on Microsoft site.
Please advise if / how I can install whs connector on my new pc.
Or is there a better way with windows 8?
For sure dnla capability in windows 8 works well. PC was able to access and play all music on my ripnas with no set up at all.
