Which ist the best or fastest command set to convert complete CD's ?

Usually the default settings are the best, but if you experiment, you may find they are faster.

The defaults are:
Windows 95/98/Me - ASPI | MMC
Windows NT/2000/XP - 2000 / NT Device IO | MMC
