This message keeps popping up and it's beginning to get annoying. Can someone please help me? I have the Registered Reference Release 14.4 version.

What are you doing at the time of the crash? browsing your music?

Sorry for the late response. It seems to happen only with mp4 files (video) when i browse or just point my cursor over an mp4 file.

First try R15 (which is in the testing section of this forum), if it does not fix the issue, for one of these files please email to:
