    DeDup Deleting Files

DeDup is deleting the actual files but they are still showing in Itunes with no link. How do I get them to delete in Itunes?

PerfectTUNES does not know that you have iTunes. You have to delete tracks you don't want in your iTunes library, within iTunes.

So, in iTunes, select the tracks you don't want in your library, then select Edit Menu>Delete.

And this is just deleting the itunes library entry. The actual FILE itself has already been deleted. If you don't care about saving itunes statistics (last played, etc.), it is easy enough to simply delete all the files in your itunes library (but when asked do NOT say send to recycle bin). This will simply remove all songs from the itunes library. Then add the songs back to itunes by selecting FILE > Add FOLDER and point at your music folder with the songs that are left. You'll end up with only those songs in your itunes library.
