    Cannot install

    I had installed the trial Asset instead of the registered. After uninstalling both Asset entries of the trial version, when attempting to install the registered version it states "The add in is already installed". I did reboot after uninstalling. The Asset logo no longer appears in the dashboard.

    This is on Server 2008 R2 Essentials (essentially SBS 2011). Asset was working fine before the uninstall.

    You have to uninstall through the Connector, not the control panel, as they are different ways of uninstalling.

        Wait, I see it now. The Asset icon was gone, but it was listed under the 'Add-Ins' section, and I could remove it there.

          Second problem, installed the registered version, but in the Asset UPNP section of the Dashboard it still shows "Functionality: Trial"

            Unistall, reboot the server (full restart), reinstall registered version.
