Perfect Tunes De-Dup Won't Play Songs, Can't Audition Songs

Hi,

I just installed Perfect Tunes and I am using De-Dup. When I hit the play button to listen to the songs it briefly appears to attempt to play the song (play button changes to pause button) but after about 5 seconds, the button changes back to the play icon and the file is not played. Thanks for any help. I am running Windows 7.

If you look at the sound card output, you have the correct device set as the default device? and nothing has taken over the sound card with exclusive playback (such as WASAPI in a player?)

Hi, I don't know what the problem was but I just decided to reinstall the program and it is now working. Thanks.
