Perfect tunes not detecting my entire music collection

I just downloaded and installed Perfect Tunes. I have a very large collection and allot of my album art is missing so I thought this would be perfect.

Unfortunately I point to my \music drive where I have over 1,900 CD's and it scans this and comes back with 345 titles found.

Everything seems pretty automatic so am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Are you sure you've picked the right library, there is also a minor bug? I think when from the main screen you select the library - it does not auto carry to the application. See port here:

It may simply be that in the app music library there are 345 items, which would be could be correct, check the Music library? n the above post I expalin what happened to me and once I got that right - 1,500 albums later it gave me some stuff (4 hours)
