Audio Conversion Engine not converting

Hi,

I have downloaded the trial of Audio Conversion Engine. I have set the source folder and destination folder to output to but it doesn't seem to do anything even though automatic polling is enabled. I am using Windows 8 if that makes any difference.

Hi Graham,

Do the logfiles give an indication of what the problem could be?

The logfiles are typically saved in the "c:\program files\illustrate\dbpoweramp\logs" directory, unless you have setup a different directory for this.

You might need to set the logging level to debug to drill down to the root cause...

I have also have the same problem when downloaded the trail of Audio conversion Engine. How i sort out this problem. please guide me.
