CTDB: Integration to detect and REPAIR bad rips

I know I have brought this up 1000 times. However, spoon had planned to introduce his own solution as part of AR3, which was to be based on AudioSafe. Unfortunately spoon has announced that AudioSafe will be shutting down due to lack of use, and thus, we are not likely to see AR3 with any form a parity repair as planned.

Spoon has previously criticized CTDB because it is disc based. However, the developer has indicated he would be willing to add track based repair. The developer has also offered to help integrate with dBpoweramp. And, its open source.

CTDB is integrated with EAC, dBpoweramps biggest competitor. However, EAC does not actually do the repair itself, and here dBpoweramp could stand out.

CTDB has realtime submission, and thus tends to have tracks before AccurateRip.

dBpoweramp can only go so far on scratched or damaged discs without a more powerful tool like CTDB. CTDB is available now and could quickly be integrated into dBpoweramp, with immediate benefit.
