Wich number do i need to put on the field "number" before starting the batch ripping ? 50 or 46 or the total of 96 ? for the batch to end automacally

I would avoid using the batch ripper disc limit option and just leave it at 0/unlimited. The kodak robots should stop at the last CD in the batch automatically when they run out of CDs if you don't set a limit in the batch ripper, and the driver should ask you to refill the hopper or cancel the batch. You should be able to just ignore the finished robot's dialog until the other robot comes to the end of its batch. Assuming I scripted them correctly.
