How do I register the Trial version already installed?

Installed dbPoweramp trial version last month. Went online today and purchased it. Received an email with a download link, but it's already installed so can I just somehow register the existing copy or do I have to uninstall then re-install?

Download it and install it over the existing trial version. You'll only end up with the new version installed.
