How do I get iTunes Album Art into my batch conversion?

Hi I'm a newbie and apologize if this is a dumb question. I ripped my entire CD collection into iTunes (uncompressed AAC), several thousand songs from several hundred CD's. I also have just a few hundred AAC and MP3 songs I downloaded. I'd like to convert everything to ogg vorbis, but when I do the conversion, there is no cover art for any of the CD's I ripped in iTunes. What is the fastest, simplest way to solve this problem? Ideally, I'd like to have the album art embedded in the songs and to have a cover.jpg file in the folders for future use, but if I can only get it embedded in the songs that's fine to. Thank you!

iTunes does not embed album art in files it ripped, instead it keeps the art locked away in its internal database (if you were to move the files to another PC and load into iTunes, they would have no art...)

okay, is there a program that will scan my iTunes "Music" directory and stick .jpg or .png files in each album subfolder as appropriate? Or embed the song files themselves with the cover art?

I did, great program for identifying duplicates. I'm looking for something else though; a program which will simply scan your itunes library and put in the album art which itunes already has by adding a file (like cover.jpg) to each album sub-folder...

The album art part of PerfectTunes will add missing album art in the form as Folder.jpg

Neat; will it pull it from iTunes or the web? I'd actually prefer iTunes first, because it has most of them right...
