Get error message when instaling power pack

Spoon, for some reason when I install power pack on my computer, I get the following message: "the version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running. Check your computer's system to see if you need an X86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program, then contact the software manufacturer." Now you're the one who came up with this program and I've run this program before on Windows 7 64 bit with power pack installed, but had a crash and went to re-install only to have this happen. Can you give me any idea how to fix this as it's driving me nuts.
    Thanks,

You only have part of the install, clear your internet cache and redownload.
