Create Tag Drop-Down Lists

There is a drop down list for the genre tag, which can be edited. This is a useful feature. I would like to be able to create and edit a list for other tags such as composer, instrument, style, period, artist, etc. I would like to have the ability to create these and use them for uniformity and consistency across the database of music files. This would make it possible to search the database with more flexibility.
