Hi ! Is anyone using CD-Ripper under WINE / Linux successfully? In my setup CD Ripper does not see any Audio CDs. I am using WINE 1.3.33, Ubuntu 11.10 64bit. Ubuntu itself correctly identifies the CD drives, and the Audio CDs. The CD-Rom-Drives are internal ATAPI drives, and external Plextor drives connected via

Hi thanks for quick response. I will have good look through but I suspect that this is not the problem.EAC (sorry) has no problems recognises drives fine.
Oddly dBpoweramp does not create link/shortcut whereas EAC does. perhaps I should try re-install.
While I am on does anyone have any recommendation for external DVD/CD drive for ripping?
