    Opus dBpoweramp Codec

Opus is a lossy audio codec, designed by the Internet Engineering Task Force. It is a modern codec suited well to streaming (low latency).

I noticed the output file is 48000Hz. Can a setting be added to adjust that?

Opus only offers 48KHz, it is a one frequency codec.

    ???
The option already exists, by default the Opus decoder produces the sample rate that the file was encoded from, unless you change the option to always decode to 48000Hz. Are you sure you did not change the option?

Can the option of VBR or CBR be added?

Th codec uses VBR already. If you wish to use other modes, we'll add more options.

I was thinking CBR would be a nice option for archiving at the higher rates.

No idea why you'd want to use CBR for that though... CBR is useful in bandwidth-restricted contexts only (streaming); for archiving it's always harmful.

Now we can decode opus files and write tags with dBpoweramp, sweet :3
But I like options, and I find my CLI, that I've written month ago, more useful for encoding :p
    here it is.
