If there a commercial entity is willing to pay a contractor to implement it, then it can be added.

Okay, there just might be a semi-commercial entity willing to pay something. How would we go about setting this up? i need something that will convert your ID3v2 tags on Wave files to Cart Chunk, and/or possibly to ID3v1.1 (kind of goofball for a Wave file, but it might do what i need it to do). We're using both CD Ripper and Music Converter.
