    Covertin from Wav to Dalet

Hey, I have odd problem. I am trying to convert normal wav file to Dalet file, but the sound on the Dalet sounds odd.
If I chooce sample rate 3200, the sounds are really slow and deep, but if I chooce sample rate as 4200, the sounds are fast and high.
Anyone has idea how to fix this?

    By 3200 and 4200 you mean 32KHz and 48KHz?

Yes, that is what I mean.
Rest of the settings are Bitrate is 256 Kbps ja Channels is Stereo.
Only changing the Sample rate effects on the speed of the sound.

It is as though the player is not able to read the sample rate correctly?

Take a file you have converted to dalet which plays wrong, and convert back to WAVE PCM, and play that in say Windows Media Player, does it play correctly?

I converted the dalet to WAVE PCM form and played it in Windows Media Player, but it still sounds bad. I notiched that it has split second part, here and there, where the talk on the audio sounds normal, or its just some hick-up on the file. It is on the dalet file too. Something really mysterious is on that conver part now.

It has always worked normaly so far, I had really old version of the dbpoweramp, and in the summer we desided to buy the newest version, but unfortunedly this happens now.

Add a DSP effect 'Resample' to the dalet conversion, set to 32KHz or (48KHz) matching what the dalet encoder is using.

Open dbpoweramp configuration >> Check for updates

                Your Dalet codec was R5?

also what was the frequency of the source files, 44KHz?

Yes, the Dalet shows codec R5 and the source file is on frequency of 44,1KHz.
