Problem with dBpoweramp 14.2 Configuration: Explorer integration

I have a problem with dBpoweramp Configuration, Windows Explorer integration, Thumbnail and Property Handler on Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Specifically, I want to use Exclusions to ensure that some file types use the built-in Windows 7 properties sheet. For example, all Windows-supported taggable file types to use built-in properties, while the rest use dBpoweramp properties.

However, my selected exclusions are all being ignored, at least for MP3 audio, MP4 video and all WMP types. (I haven't tested everything).

The only workaround seems to be to disable Thumbnail and Property Handler altogether and forego Explorer-based tagging on non-supported types such as FLAC, OGG, etc.

    dBpoweramp version is 14.2

      Reported fixed in 14.3.

I have upgraded to 14.3, but problem remains.

You would have to uninstall existing, reboot computer, then reinstall.

Yep, tried that, still no go. Perhaps there is something that the installer misses that needs to be removed manually?

If you disable that integration, it restores the Windows functionality?

Yes - that is my workaround. If you disable the feature, Windows behaves as normal (and at the moment I do not have a lot of files that are not supported directly by Windows so it is not too painful for now).
