"Expanding" playlist/latest albums possible?

The advanced browse option for the latest albums imported (playlist...) to me personally is a bit too restricted in terms of the number of albums displayed.
Is there any way, I could change this, like display the latest 100 or 200 albums?
Or: is there any "hidden" database-entry/value, that I could use for a customized browse-tree entry, where albums are displayed in the order they were added to the database, newest first?
I would love to be able to see more than 10 or 20 albums like in the playlist-view - any idea, how I could reach that? Thanks for any input!

It sets the albums to the Maximum tracks per playlist / 10 (so you can change this value).
