Know if the CD I ripped has the original gaps.

When I ripp in to flac format a CD, does the flac files come with the gap (index00,etc) or do I need the cue sheet?

Gaps are post pended to the tracks by default.

I rip to separate FLAC files (1 file per album track, NO cue sheets), following default settings, and all my gapless CDs play gaplessly as expected. So you don't have to do anything special to insure gapless FLAC files.

Thanks for clearing that up, now I´ll be sure they will play fine. So now if for some reason I want to burn the flac files on to a CD again will they have the gaps?

Yes. Depending on the burner you use.

In your experience wich is the best burner for burning flac files conserving the original quality of the CD.

Don't know. Once ripped to FLAC, I've never had a reason to burn to cd again.
