Changing to new Album Art in CD Ripper but still reverts back to original

The album art found automatically is incorrect so I change it in CD Ripper using select art from file and also set it as the front cover.

When ripped, the new art is gone and the folder.jpg file has reverted back to the incorrect one originally found.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Just worked it out - adding by file keeps two versions of the art. I need to go back and delete the first.
